My name is Michael Anderson, I am the Chef/Owner of Bow Valley Gourmet. My team and I specialize in Private Chef and Catering events of any size.
I have cooked at all different levels in various Restaurants, Hotels and Resorts around North America and the Caribbean. I was trained by French Chefs in the Brigade system. After I recognized that a formal education was a necessary part of being a Chef so I enrolled and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
I enjoy large and small group catering and customize every Menu to fit each event. My goal as a Chef is to create memorable events!
