Wild Adventure Yukon

At Wild Adventure Yukon, a wedding spreads across 50 acres of historic Yukon land just north of Carcross, with sled dogs, open sky and, in winter, the chance of northern lights.

The property was long known as Caribou Crossing Trading Post. Greg and Denise McHale, former adventure racers, took it over in 2012 and have raised their family here.

Couples can choose from indoor and outdoor spaces that work in every season. The grounds have plenty of character on their own, so little extra decor is needed.

Gatherings can be small and intimate or grow past 300 guests. Catering and liquor service can be arranged with experienced Whitehorse culinary teams, and there is lots of parking for guests.

Guests can add a dog cart ride in summer, a sled ride or aurora viewing in winter, or a turn at panning for gold. A petting farm and puppies to cuddle make the day fun for younger guests too.

For couples who picture a wedding with huskies, mountain views and a touch of gold rush history, Wild Adventure Yukon offers a celebration that feels like a true northern adventure.
