For an outdoor ceremony, Beargrass Field sits opposite the Vimy's patio, with Vimy's or the Crandell and Bertha mountains as a backdrop. It can seat up to 100 guests or hold 250 standing. An indoor backup is available, and the Banquet Hall can serve as a backup ceremony space when rented for the reception.

Receptions centre on the Pioneer and Prairie rooms, which share a private foyer and outdoor patio. Each room seats up to 40, and together as the Banquet Hall they seat up to 120 guests.

Smaller gatherings have options too. Vimy's Upper Dining Lounge can be reserved for private parties with mountain views, and the glass-sided Mountain View Patio suits groups of 15, or up to 50 ceremony chairs when combined with the lounge. A lower patio and the Alpine Boardroom round out the spaces.

Catering comes from Vimy's Lounge & Grill, and the team is happy to work on special menu requests. Rental includes tables, chairs, basic linens and setup.

Guests can stay right on the property in the resort's rooms and suites, making the weekend an easy mountain getaway.
