Rolling Northumberland County hills give Timber Ridge Golf Course a wedding backdrop that changes beautifully as the day moves from afternoon into evening.

Couples can exchange vows outdoors with the landscape opening behind them, then bring everyone together at the clubhouse for dinner and dancing. The transition gives the celebration two distinct chapters: first the softness of an open-air ceremony, then the warmth and energy of a reception with everyone gathered under one roof.

Inside, the Timber Room can host celebrations of up to approximately 140 guests and includes a dance floor and bar. Nearby, the Ironwood Lounge and Southside Terrace offer another place to slow things down, step outside and enjoy views across the course. The covered patio overlooking the 18th hole is particularly inviting for those in-between moments when guests are talking, drinks are being poured and the evening has not quite moved into full party mode.

The property has been part of the Brighton area since opening in 2001, and its wedding offering combines the scenery of the course with an established events team and full-service clubhouse.

Timber Ridge feels especially well suited to couples who want their day to be elegant without becoming overly formal. The hills and greens bring the romance, the clubhouse brings the celebration, and somewhere between the two is plenty of room for a wedding to feel completely their own.
