About
The Westin Calgary Airport

A wedding at The Westin Calgary Airport begins in a bright foyer with floor to ceiling windows, then opens into the largest hotel ballroom in Calgary.

The hotel sits beside Deerfoot Trail and Calgary International Airport, an easy meeting point for guests flying or driving in from out of town.

The Blackfoot Crossing Ballroom covers more than 16,000 square feet and seats up to 1,500 guests for a banquet. It can also be divided into smaller sections for more modest celebrations. Its contemporary design and natural tones give couples a neutral canvas for their own decor.

Guests arrive through a separate hall entrance into the sunlit foyer, a natural spot for a cocktail hour before dinner. In-house audio visual systems support speeches, slideshows and music.

Couples can reserve a block of guest rooms at a group rate so family and friends can stay right where the party is.

For couples who picture a grand ballroom filled with everyone they love and a place for guests to stay under the same roof, The Westin Calgary Airport offers a wedding that is generous in scale and easy for travellers.
