The Westerly Hotel

The Courtenay Room is the largest space, a 44 by 41 foot ballroom with 12-foot ceilings. It can hold up to 120 guests for a standing reception and 90 for a seated reception or at rounds, making it well suited to a dinner and dancing celebration.

The Comox Room offers a smaller setting of 44 by 23 feet, with room for up to 75 guests standing, 36 at rounds or 32 for a seated reception. It works well for rehearsal dinners, showers and more intimate gatherings.

Event extras available through the hotel include a 15 by 15 foot dance floor, a stage, podiums with microphones and audio visual equipment.

Guests can stay right on site. Room amenities include balconies, air conditioning, coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators, and the hotel offers complimentary parking, a full breakfast, a cocktail lounge, an on-site restaurant and the Flying Canoe Pub.
