The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar

At The Parlour, a wedding feels like a long Italian dinner with everyone you love, where the wine keeps flowing and nobody is in a hurry to leave.

This modern Italian kitchen and lounge sits in downtown Edmonton and blends a contemporary room with old world ideas about food, family and taking your time at the table.

Couples can hold both the ceremony and the reception here. The venue has an outdoor patio, flexible layouts and room for a dance floor, and it can handle several styles of food service.

For the largest celebrations, the loft, the lounge and the Birchwood Room together seat up to 176 guests, or 250 for a standing reception. The Birchwood Room on its own seats 40 or holds 60 standing, and the smaller Parlour Room suits a gathering of 16 around one table, which works well for a rehearsal dinner.

Everything is made in house. Pasta is crafted by hand, pizzas are made start to finish by Italian pizzaiolos, and the wine is poured from taps at just the right temperature, alongside a cocktail list and Italian desserts.

The team also hosts showers, private dinners and other celebrations, so the weekend around the wedding can stay in one familiar place.
