The Grand Olympia

A wedding at The Grand Olympia can begin with vows in an award-winning garden and carry on into a ballroom dressed for a grand Hamilton celebration.

The Grand Olympia Hospitality and Convention Centre sits in Stoney Creek, surrounded by the Niagara Escarpment and about a minute from the highway, with free parking for more than 650 cars.

For ceremonies, the landscaped outdoor gardens have won Hamilton's Trillium Award and include a gazebo with white folding chairs for guests. A dedicated indoor chapel with a white arch offers a sheltered alternative, and an in-house officiant can help shape the ceremony.

The 40,000 square foot facility has five renovated ballrooms and can welcome up to 1,000 guests. Couples can use the gardens and lobbies for photos, and private bridal suites with their own lounge are part of the day.

Food is prepared on site by a certified chef, with Italian-inspired menus of pastas, roasts and signature desserts, followed by a late night buffet and wedding cake service. Packages include an all-inclusive bar in the ballroom, wine with dinner, décor choices, white-glove service, a DJ with lighting and a complimentary tasting.
