Couples can hold the ceremony and reception in the same room, with a preferred rate for all-day and evening use of the banquet hall. Ceremonies include theatre-style seating, a skirted signing table with an elegant armchair, a podium with microphone, staging and an ice water station.
Receptions come with experienced dining staff, a podium with microphone, round tables with china, silverware and glassware, a choice of linen and napkin colours, mirror and tea light centrepieces, table numbers, skirted specialty tables and staging for the head table and entertainment.
Full catering is handled in house, and the executive chef and team can adapt menus for allergies and dietary needs. Menus include Flavours of the East, a buffet featuring dishes such as butter chicken, paneer and naan.
With 248 guest rooms, the hotel offers group rates for wedding guests. For weddings of at least 75 people, a Romance Package includes a complimentary room for the couple, a dozen long-stemmed roses, sparkling wine or juice, chocolate-covered strawberries and brunch or breakfast in Barringtons Restaurant and Lounge. Registered hotel guests receive complimentary parking.
