1. What’s actually included in your price, and are there any hidden fees?
Our per-person price covers delivery, setup, service, cleanup and rentals, so there are no surprises. The only extras are [HST, service charge %, bar], and your quote spells out each one.
Can you work with our budget?
Yes. Plated dinners start around [$65] per guest, and buffets and stations around [$80]. We’ll show you where to save and where it’s worth spending.
Can you handle all our guests’ dietary needs?
Absolutely. We regularly cater vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, halal and kosher meals, plus other allergies. Every guest gets a meal made for them, not a plain plate of vegetables.
4. Can you cook our families’ cultural dishes?
That’s our favourite kind of menu. We cook Italian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian, Portuguese and more, and we’ll gladly work from a family recipe.
5. Do we get a tasting before we commit?
Yes. You’ll taste your menu and fine-tune it with our chef before anything is final. If you book with us the tasting fee is waived!
6. Who’ll be running things on the day, and how many staff will there be?
An on-site event lead manages the kitchen, the service and the timeline, so you never get pulled away from your guests. We staff about [1 server per 15 guests], and bartenders are [included / available].
7. Do you help with more than food: the bar, rentals and planning?
Yes. We offer full bar service, with signature cocktails and a champagne toast, and we supply the tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware. Our event team can also help with the venue, lighting, decor and music.
