A grand staircase, soaring windows and the Coastal Mountains all around make Swaneset feel like a château set among the Coastal Mountains.
Located on Rannie Road in Pitt Meadows, Swaneset's 65,000-square-foot château-style clubhouse hosts only one wedding per day, so each couple receives the venue's full attention.
There is a selection of indoor and outdoor ceremony settings, with indoor ceremony seating for up to 200 guests and outdoor seating for up to 350.
Receptions take place in the third-floor Grand Ballroom, with seating for up to 350 guests, floor-to-ceiling windows and chandeliers. Three stone balconies adjoin the ballroom, overlooking the golf courses and mountains, and after the ceremony guests can gather for cocktails by the ballroom bar and on the Sunset Patio, the largest of the balconies.
Swaneset's culinary team creates customized menus for plated receptions of up to 200 guests, buffet receptions and cocktail receptions with hors d'oeuvres and chef live action stations.
Every couple is paired with a Venue Liaison, who offers a pre-wedding consultation, custom menu planning and coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, while overseeing venue operations on the day.
The room setup includes tables and chairs, linens, a dance floor, microphone, podium and in-house PA system, leaving couples free to focus on their own decor.
For couples dreaming of a grand ballroom celebration with mountain views and a ceremony to match, Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club offers a château setting where the day belongs entirely to them.
We never use a venue’s photos without permission.
