Strata Hotel is a cozy choice for an intimate Kingston wedding, where the getting-ready suite has its own fireplace and the celebration stays small and personal.

The renovated hotel is on Princess Street in Kingston and hosts weddings alongside other milestone gatherings.

Its event space covers more than 1,000 square feet and holds up to 50 guests. It can be divided for a more intimate feel and includes a breakout area, so dinner and mingling can each have their own corner.

Catering comes through the hotel's preferred partner, with plated, buffet and family-style wedding menus to choose from. Before and after the party, guests can gather at the Lobby Bar next door to the event space.

The new Executive Suite and two-level Loft Suites give the couple and their wedding party room to get ready, with kitchens, fireplaces and living areas. Group rates are available for overnight guests, and parking is free.

For couples who picture a small, warm celebration with their closest people and a fireside suite to begin the day, Strata Hotel offers a relaxed Kingston wedding.
