St. Joseph's Banquet & Conference Centre sits in a peaceful residential area of Oakville. Since 2012, its 15,000-square-foot modern facility has welcomed weddings, social gatherings and corporate events, with high ceilings, natural light and outdoor patios setting a warm tone.
The Main Hall is the centrepiece: a 6,000-square-foot space with a grand dance floor, modern chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows. It can host up to approximately 500 guests for dining, 600 theatre-style and 800 for a cocktail reception, with an adjoining patio for mingling and photos and a pre-function area to welcome guests.
For smaller celebrations, Trafalgar Hall offers wrap-around windows, high ceilings and direct access to a private courtyard, seating up to about 120 guests or 170 for cocktails. Maple Grove Hall is more intimate still, with seating for around 70 and courtyard access.
Ceremonies can be held on site, so couples can exchange vows and celebrate without moving between locations.
Catering is handled in house, with customizable menus specializing in international and Ukrainian cuisine, alongside full bar service. Customizable wedding packages and a dedicated on-site coordinator help bring the details together.
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible on one level, with private on-site parking for guests, and events typically start from a minimum of 40 adult guests.
