Sea Breeze Lodge

On Hornby Island, weddings can begin with the sound of the sea. At Sea Breeze Lodge, vows are exchanged beside the beach beneath a romantic arbour framing views of mountains, sea and sky.

The lodge sits on an 11-acre waterfront property overlooking the Salish Sea, with 17 cottages spread along the coast.

After the ceremony, the celebration moves into the reception venue, which can accommodate up to approximately 130 seated guests inside. Vaulted ceilings and ocean views from all points of the dining room give the evening its setting.

The dining room blends elegance and rustic charm with a West Coast feel. The customizable wedding package includes three meals as well as a course of canapés, night-time snacks and desserts, and the fully licensed bar offers seasonal craft cocktails and a curated wine list.

The 17 cottages each come with ocean views and together can accommodate up to approximately 80 guests, so family and friends can stay on site for the whole celebration.

Exclusive access to the property gives the wedding party use of the grounds and amenities, including a grass tennis court, a volleyball net, lawn games and a beachside fire pit.
