Sans-Souci is a banquet and conference centre, café and special occasion caterer in historic downtown Belleville. Greg and Tena Sheridan opened Café Sans Souci Banquet & Conference Centre in 2011, building on the catering business Greg started in 1994.
The banquet room seats up to approximately 150 guests and can be set up in many different ways, with round tables, rectangles or classroom seating.
The large café seats up to around 100 and can host functions of its own. It works wonderfully as a starting point for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before dinner in the function room, and its water wall feature has served as the backdrop for wedding ceremonies.
Catering is what Sans Souci is known for. The team offers banquet, buffet, sit-down and cocktail and platter menus, and it has been voted Belleville's best caterer in the Belleville Intelligencer's Readers' Choice Award since its inception.
Room rental includes the furnishings, the dishes needed for the event, a PA system and a screen when available. Bar service with certified bartenders and linen packages in a range of colours can be added to complete the room.
The facility is fully accessible, with several restrooms and change rooms, and showers are available.
