The Stanton Hall is the main celebration space, with a vaulted ceiling, chandeliers and a grand stone fireplace. An outdoor balcony looks out over the surrounding landscape, and the hall can accommodate up to approximately 200 guests banquet style or 450 theatre style.
On the lower level, the Baldwin Room offers a more relaxed option, with its own fireplace and a walkout to the nearby pond. It seats around 100 guests banquet style or 200 theatre style, and a mezzanine offers theatre seating for about 100.
Both the Stanton Hall and the Baldwin Room are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
For couples who want to exchange vows outdoors, a large picnic pavilion and a rustic gazebo on the grounds are available for ceremonies and events. The professionally landscaped grounds include gardens and a duck pond.
Photographs can wander well beyond the hall. The venue notes the chance to catch a beautiful sunset on the beach by the lake, a lovely way to steal a few quiet minutes together.
Rideau Acres is also a family campground, with campsites for tents and RVs, an outdoor pool, boat rentals and walking trails, so friends travelling from afar might choose to turn the wedding into a weekend by the water.
