Proof hosts wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and micro weddings in its private and semi-private rooms. The Hospitality Room sits behind sliding doors and welcomes up to 75 guests, with a built-in divider that can make it cozier for a smaller party. The Tasting Room, with its modern layout and warm feel, seats up to 30.
For cocktails, the Bar Lounge holds up to 25 guests on low, comfortable seating beside floor-to-ceiling windows. In the warmer months the patio takes up to 30, with plush couches, garden planters and string lights that glow once the sun goes down.
