PopUp Event Space.ca is a Milton-based event service that pairs outdoor parks and indoor spaces with the equipment, tents and planning needed to turn them into a wedding. Its collection includes The Pavilion, The Farm and The Escarpment in Milton, along with sites in Burlington, Stoney Creek and Brampton.
The Pavilion sits on 40 acres of private land below the escarpment, about 45 minutes from Toronto and 90 minutes from Niagara Falls. Its permanent structure comes with an onsite kitchen, cooking facilities, washrooms and electrical outlets, and the company lists The Pavilion for around 400 guests.
The Barn offers a rustic country setting on an 80-acre site against the escarpment, with twelve outdoor ceremony spaces and photo backdrops. A tented reception there can hold approximately 280 to 300 guests, so couples can exchange vows and celebrate without leaving the property.
The team offers consultation, planning, site inspections, equipment, tent rentals, entertainment, sound and lighting, and its rental store supplies tables, chairs, linens and dishes. Couples who prefer a hands-on approach can design their own event, and bartenders and wait staff are available when needed.
Couples may also bring their own insured caterer and bar service. Most sites have a full service kitchen, there is parking for up to 500 guests, and the park season runs from May to October.
