Some of the best wedding memories happen around a table. Good food, warm service and the people you love all in one room.

Murrieta's is a restaurant in downtown Canmore that hosts weddings along with private parties and celebrations of every size.

The Main Restaurant can be reserved for the whole celebration, seating up to 130 guests or welcoming up to 200 for a cocktail reception.

For smaller weddings, the Canmore Miners Room is a private dining area with a fireplace and two windowed walls looking out to the Rocky Mountains. It seats up to 45 guests, or 55 for a cocktail reception.

Wedding ceremonies can be added in either space, so couples can say their vows and sit down to dinner without anyone needing to travel.

Meals are prepared by the restaurant's chefs using local and fresh ingredients, with set menus of three to five courses and shared family-style appetizers among the options. Linen tablecloths can also be added.

For couples who care most about a beautiful dinner, attentive service and a downtown mountain setting, Murrieta's offers a wedding that feels generous, welcoming and easy to enjoy.
