Mount Jamieson

At Mount Jamieson, couples can marry beneath the trees on a Timmins hillside and then move inside to a rustic hall wrapped in wood.

Best known as the local ski and tubing hill on Kamiskotia Road, Mount Jamieson also opens its grounds and lodge for weddings once the snow is gone.

Outdoor ceremonies are held in the forest, framed by wooden arbours and natural backdrops. Receptions take place in indoor halls with wooden walls and ceilings, which glow beautifully when dressed with hanging flowers, paper lanterns and soft lighting.

Catering is available on site, with menus that have included grilled shrimp to start, fish with asparagus, and layered chocolate cake with fresh strawberries.
