The Morris MultiPlex is a 75,000 square foot community hub on Highway 75 in Morris, Manitoba, about 30 minutes south of Winnipeg and 30 minutes north of Emerson. Alongside its arena, curling club and wellness centre, it offers event halls designed for weddings, banquets and other gatherings.
Couples can choose from several spaces, including the Corral Room, the North Hall and the South Hall. The North and South Halls can also be combined into the Assembly Hall for a larger celebration, which opens two bars for guests.
Wedding reception rentals include the evening in the hall, setup and cleanup, an on-site event coordinator and bar supplies. Licensed receptions add two bartenders per bar, with cash bar or open bar options.
The MultiPlex can cater the meal, and outside caterers may use the commercial kitchen with its dinnerware and glassware. Food services, DJ services and full hall decorating with centrepieces and linens are available as add-ons.
The facility is fully wheelchair accessible, and its spot on Highway 75 keeps the drive easy for guests coming from Winnipeg.
