Magic Hill Farm

At Magic Hill Farm, a wedding begins in a garden by a spring-fed pond and carries on into a 200-year-old barn glowing with fairy lights.

This family-owned farm sits about 35 minutes northeast of Toronto in Stouffville, on more than 100 acres of green countryside. The family has been welcoming Toronto families since 1984 and hosting weddings for over 35 years.

Ceremonies take place in the garden on a grassy lawn overlooking the pond and its fountain. The whole property offers photo spots, from open fields to the old barn itself.

The renovated century barn, filled with natural light, holds up to 150 guests and can be decorated to suit each couple. An original timber bar with its old architecture adds rustic character, and loft areas give guests room to roam. The barn keeps the party going rain or shine.

Only one event is booked per day, so couples have the ceremony garden, reception barn, lofts and parking to themselves. A fire pit with benches sits outside, and a two-hour rehearsal is included on weekdays by appointment.

A preferred vendor list covers everything else a couple may need for the day.
