Carved into 520 acres of natural terrain in Brampton, Lionhead Golf Club & Conference Centre gives a wedding day wide green views and room to celebrate.
Part of Kaneff Golf, Lionhead offers three rooms, two lobbies and an outdoor gazebo. The gazebo is used for ceremonies quite often, allowing couples to exchange vows outside before moving indoors for the reception.
The Aberdeen Terrace is described as a definite wedding favourite. With 25-foot ceilings, floor to roof windows and chandeliers, it can welcome up to approximately 160 guests, with views that shift from manicured greens by day to starry skies at night.
The Muirfield room offers dramatic chandeliers, coloured LED lighting and panoramic golf course views for up to around 300 guests. Next door, the Edinburgh room shares the same style for up to approximately 144 guests, and the two can be connected for up to around 444.
Each room includes a bridal suite and a dance floor. The Aberdeen Terrace is served by a foyer bar, while Muirfield and Edinburgh each have their own bar plus a foyer bar and access to Iggy's Patio.
Menus are prepared for the celebration, and linens, chair covers, tables and chiavari chairs can be provided. Couples are free to bring their own decorator for centrepieces, backdrops, a mandap, ceremony backdrop, aisle runner and flowers, and candles are welcome with proper coverage.
Guests might gather at the gazebo for the ceremony, move to Iggy's Patio for cocktails, then settle into a chandelier-lit room as the course fades into evening.
