About
Le Ruisseau

There is something poetic about beginning a marriage among vines, water and farmland, where so much of the landscape is built around patience, seasons and things growing slowly over time.

Le Ruisseau brings that feeling to weddings in Dunham.

The estate combines vineyards, forest views, a creek, gardens and contemporary winery architecture, allowing each part of the celebration to have its own atmosphere without leaving the property.

Couples can exchange vows on the vineyard terrace surrounded by vines and mountains, or choose a more intimate ceremony setting beside the creek.

Afterward, guests move into the main winery for cocktails, where estate wines, carefully prepared bites and contemporary design shift the mood naturally from ceremony into celebration.

The wedding reception takes place upstairs in a private event setting overlooking the vineyards and surrounding mountains. The combined Restaurant and Salle Merlot can accommodate approximately 120 seated guests.

Food is handled through the estate's own culinary team, led by Chef Ronan Ulliac, with menus shaped around seasonal ingredients and produce grown or sourced through the property.

That connection between land, wine and food gives weddings here a wonderful sense of place. The glass in a guest's hand, the view beyond the windows and ingredients arriving at the table all feel connected to the same estate.

Photographs can happen throughout the property, among vines, beside the creek and across the surrounding landscape.

For couples who imagine vineyard vows followed by beautiful food, estate wine and dinner overlooking the Eastern Townships, Le Ruisseau offers a celebration where almost every part of the wedding seems to grow naturally from the land around it.
