Landings of Willow Creek is a golf course and event venue about five minutes from downtown Barrie. Set around a stone-front clubhouse, it offers three event spaces, each with its own character, along with an outdoor ceremony area.
The Grand Ballroom is the largest, with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and golf course views, and Chiavari seating for up to approximately 150 guests for dinner and dancing.
The Seasons Room is surrounded by glass, newly renovated with modern décor, a large bar and chandeliers, and seats up to about 120 guests. It can be used for ceremonies and cocktail hours as well as other events.
The Bistro Lounge offers seating for up to around 50 guests, with a large bar and views of the vineyard and golf course, making it a natural fit for smaller gatherings.
Ceremonies can be held indoors in the glass Seasons Room or outdoors at the ceremony area facing the golf fairway, with white ceremony chairs, a turf lawn and a patio for after the vows.
The venue's wedding packages include plated or buffet menus, and all packages can be customized. The venue also provides details such as a furnished bridal suite, a golf cart for photos along the fairways, in-house music and lighting, linens, a head table and cake cutting service.
The venue welcomes wedding showers, engagement parties and stag celebrations too, so the moments around the wedding can happen in the same place.
