Some venues feel tucked into the landscape. At Kedron Dells, forested valleys and a creek-lined golf course give a wedding an intimate, rustic elegance in every season.
Kedron Dells Golf Club sits in Oshawa. Opened in June 1974 and still operated by the Brown family, the course spans 155 acres across the Oshawa Creek valley and uplands.
Couples can choose an outdoor ceremony from May to October, or exchange vows indoors in front of a stone fireplace with a rustic mantle. If rain threatens an outdoor ceremony, the celebration can move inside.
The reception space accommodates up to approximately 110 guests for a wedding, with natural light, a vaulted wood-beam ceiling, chandeliers and that same stone fireplace. In summer, guests can watch the sunset from the outdoor patio; in winter, snowy scenery sets the mood.
All catering is handled on site under Chef and Food and Beverage Manager Tony Boyle, with plated dinners, cocktail hour selections and bar packages that can be tailored to each couple.
A wedding coordinator works with couples and their vendors, and packages include a private bridal suite, Chiavari chairs, linens, a ceremony rehearsal and a guided photo session around the grounds.
Kedron Dells hosts only one wedding per day and has no minimum guest count. The venue is ground level, with no stairs or steep ramps for guests.
For couples who picture a fireside ceremony or vows beneath the trees, followed by a warm, rustic reception, Kedron Dells Golf Club offers a relaxed and personal celebration in North Oshawa.
We never use a venue’s photos without permission.
