Some weddings are meant to be rushed through in a single afternoon. Inn The Orchard was designed for the opposite: a wedding that unfolds slowly across an entire weekend.
Inn The Orchard is a private countryside retreat on Fairlane Road in Jordan Station, set among the fruit trees of the Niagara Benchlands in the heart of Niagara wine country. It is owned by the Prins family, who created it as a place for people to gather, celebrate and reconnect.
Wedding weekends include exclusive Friday to Sunday access to the property. Friday brings arrivals, rehearsal time and a relaxed evening in the orchard. Saturday is the celebration itself, from quiet morning moments in the getting ready barn to a ceremony beneath the trees, cocktails outdoors and dinner under a high-pole tent as the sun sets. Sunday softens into coffee and one final morning together.
The property includes orchard views, open countryside, a ceremony space by the water, an event barn and indoor-outdoor gathering spaces. It is designed for intimate weddings of approximately 50 to 150 guests.
On-site accommodation can host up to 8 overnight guests, ideal for the wedding party or immediate family, across stays that include a cottage with a private cedar hot tub, a two-level container retreat and a cozy log cabin. Guests staying on the property can also enjoy the sauna, cold plunge and fire pit.
Couples have support from a designated wedding planner throughout the weekend, with Fay Prins running weddings on the property. Getting ready spaces and parking are included in the experience.
Each July, the orchard fills with ripe sweet cherries, a reminder that this is a working tender fruit farm as well as a place to celebrate.
For couples who want a private Niagara wedding weekend among the orchards, with time to linger over every moment, Inn The Orchard offers a celebration that feels beautifully unhurried.
We never use a venue’s photos without permission.
