Hollywood was established in 2012 by a team with more than 60 years of combined experience in hospitality and entertainment, and the professionals there plan and carry out each event so couples can focus on their guests.
The kitchen is a big part of the experience. The menu features popular European specialities in a contemporary style, with wide use of farm products and dishes prepared by chef Alex, who brings more than 25 years of experience from cruise liners and restaurants in Odessa and Toronto.
Guests might find herring and pickled mushrooms, eggplant rolls and seafood crepes among the appetizers, followed by mains such as grilled meat platters, roasted duck and grilled salmon with king shrimp, and desserts like Napoleon cake and eclairs.
Beyond the food, the team can bring the entertainment together under one roof, with DJ and music, entertainment, decor, a sound and lighting system and a master of ceremonies among its services.
A VIP zone can also be reserved for an event, giving the wedding party a place of its own during the celebration.
