Heronsbridge feels like a wedding ceremony hidden inside a private garden story.

Across ten acres in Abbotsford, formal gardens open into wide lawns, forest trails disappear beneath the trees and rustic fields surround a pond and gazebo. The property is designed around wedding preparation, photographs and ceremonies for up to approximately 150 guests.

Before the vows, the wedding party can gather in the bridal loft inside the coach house. From there, the day moves into the gardens, where the gazebo and stone signing table create a natural focal point for the ceremony while the pond and surrounding landscape become part of the view.

Afterwards, couples can wander the property for photographs through forest trails, fields and garden spaces without having to leave the venue immediately after the ceremony.

There is one important distinction: Heronsbridge does not allow alcohol anywhere on the property, and its current offering should be treated primarily as a preparation and ceremony venue rather than a conventional evening reception hall. Couples planning dinner and dancing should confirm whether they need a separate reception location.
