The Ballroom is the heart of wedding celebrations. It can accommodate up to 150 guests seated with a dance floor, 175 without a dance floor, and up to 250 for a standing reception. The club also lists plated meal service for up to 184 guests, 175 with a traditional head table, and theatre-style seating for up to 200.
Smaller rooms suit rehearsal dinners, showers and intimate gatherings. The Preston room hosts up to 64 for a plated meal and 100 standing, the Galt room up to 40 plated and 60 standing, and the Hespeler room up to 32 plated and 40 standing.
The club specializes in tailor-made wedding packages, and its clubhouse team, which includes an executive chef, can host everything from casual dining to a fully catered banquet.
The Dining Room overlooks the golf course, and the Members Lounge offers a warm, casual atmosphere for beer, wine and hand-crafted cocktails.
Complete audio-visual services are also available, helpful for slideshows, speeches and music.
