Excite Lethbridge operates the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre, part of the Lethbridge & District Exhibition campus. The roots of the Lethbridge & District Agricultural Society reach back to 1897. The modern venue hosts everything from intimate social gatherings to nationwide conventions and celebrations.
For receptions, the Convention Centre offers rooms of approximately 4,500 square feet each that combine into about 13,000 square feet, a space the venue describes as ideal for banquets, galas, receptions and social events.
The Lakeview Salon looks out over Henderson Lake with sunset views, while the second-level Original 16 Lounge and Patio offer nearly 3,000 square feet of combined space for galas, receptions and social events.
Smaller rooms in the MNP Meeting Centre, each over 1,000 square feet, can be useful for extra gatherings around the main event, and the Trade Halls provide the largest spaces on site.
All food and beverage is handled by LA Chefs Catering, the exclusive in-house caterer, which caters everything from corporate events to weddings with a focus on scratch cooking and locally sourced southern Alberta products, and welcomes menu customizations.
