There is something fitting about beginning a marriage in a place built for stories. At Evergreen Arts, a stage, a bright lobby and a lakeside setting come together for celebrations that feel creative and personal.

Evergreen Arts sits in Coquitlam, just steps from Lafarge Lake. Known as the Tri-Cities' premier venue for live arts and exhibitions, it also opens its spaces for weddings and special occasions.

The venue's glassed-in lobby fills with natural light, making it a lovely place to welcome guests. For weddings, Evergreen recommends a guest list of up to 150 people in the Studio Theatre, which includes full use of the main lobby for a cocktail hour or an intimate ceremony.

The main lobby holds up to 100 people, or approximately 50 seated at tables. Other rental spaces include the Rehearsal Hall, with room for approximately 80 at tables, and Studios A, B and D for smaller gatherings.

Couples work with Evergreen's team of event professionals to plan technical needs and bar or concession service, shaping an event that reflects their own story.

Getting everyone there is straightforward too. Parking is available nearby and the venue is easy to reach by transit, and Lafarge Lake is just steps away.
