The site welcomes up to 30 guests. Ceremonies are booked in two-hour blocks from morning into the evening, and each couple has exclusive use of the site for their time, with no other ceremony taking place. Because it sits within a public park, passing visitors may watch from a respectful distance.

Niagara Parks offers a ceremony package that can include a bouquet and matching boutonniere, an officiant and access to the surrounding grounds for photos. Biodegradable petals and candles in enclosed glass are welcome. Outdoor sites depend on the weather, so couples are encouraged to reserve an indoor backup.

Niagara Parks also runs reception venues nearby with falls and garden views, and the revenue from every wedding supports its work protecting the natural and cultural heritage of the Niagara River corridor, a mandate that dates back to 1885.
