Dalewood sits in Cobourg and works as an all-in-one venue where the ceremony and reception happen in the same place, so guests can relax and simply enjoy the day.
The outdoor ceremony space sits alongside the first hole, with Gages Creek, mature trees and sweeping course views as the backdrop. Vibrant flower beds and manicured landscaping throughout the property create picture-perfect moments at every turn.
The ceremony setup is handled by the club's team, from rehearsal to the big day, including placement of ceremony décor. Guests and the wedding party can also use power carts to move comfortably around the property.
Receptions take place in the recently refreshed Great Hall, which offers 2,414 square feet of unobstructed space. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and showcase the course, while a dedicated dance floor keeps the celebration going.
Just outside, a 960-square-foot elevated balcony is a natural spot for cocktails and fresh air. Neutral décor complements any colour palette, and washrooms and accessibility features are on the same level.
The Executive Chef and Events Coordinator work closely with couples from the first consultation to the final toast, guiding menu selections, room design and event details. An in-house sound system makes speeches and music simple.
