Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre sits on Fraser Highway in Langley, close to the shops and cultural attractions of the downtown district, with 26,000 square feet of adaptable event space.
The centrepiece is the Cascades Ballroom, a space of more than 7,700 square feet with 18-foot ceilings. It can seat up to approximately 500 guests for a banquet, and it can also be divided into two separate spaces.
For smaller weddings, the light-filled Mackie Room holds groups of up to around 100 depending on setup, while the Innes Room hosts up to about 90 and the Michaud Room up to about 85. The Bedford Room, with large picture windows, suits gatherings of up to around 30.
Catering comes from the hotel's on-site culinary team, and seasoned wedding planners are on hand to manage the details so the couple can simply enjoy the day with the people they love.
Out-of-town guests can stay right at the hotel, where a block of rooms can be reserved. Free wi-fi, a fitness centre, free parking and on-site dining at ATLAS steak + fish and Match Eatery & Public House keep everyone comfortable.
