The building is home to the Cedar Centre for Active Health & Living, along with the Thorsten Gallery and an artist's studio, so art is part of the atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

Alongside its wellness services, the Centre offers function rental spaces for special community and private events. There are spaces for up to approximately 150 people, suited to celebrations such as Christmas parties and retirements.
