Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is better known for speed, but its event spaces look out over something much quieter: 900 acres of wooded and rolling landscape outside Bowmanville.
The park offers settings for both the ceremony and the reception, whether couples picture exchanging vows against a backdrop of mature trees, up on the rooftop or inside the Grand Prix Track Event Centre. Indoor, covered and uncovered outdoor settings are all available.
The Grand Prix Track Event Centre offers 23,000 square feet of interior space with unobstructed views through floor to ceiling windows. It includes a dance floor with speakers throughout, a modern bar with high-top tables and conversation seating, a grand double-sided stone fireplace and an outdoor terrace with a walk-out patio.
For something more intimate, the Grand Prix Roof Top offers 1,200 square feet with panoramic views, a private bar and its own washroom facilities, reached by private elevator.
The park can accommodate guest lists from 2 to approximately 200 for ceremonies, engagement parties, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners, and the dinner and dance reception space can comfortably seat around 150 guests.
Tables and chairs are arranged to the couple's seating plan, and the base offering includes the venue spaces, setup, cleanup, chairs, tables and a bridal suite. A fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen sits within the event centre.
The team can help with services such as catering, photography and entertainment, or couples can choose to work with their own wedding vendors. On-site parking is available and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Guests could arrive to a ceremony framed by trees, then drift inside toward the fireplace and the dance floor while the rolling hills fade into evening beyond the glass.
For couples who want a wedding with wide open views, modern spaces and a story their guests will not forget, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park offers a setting that is truly one of a kind.
We never use a venue’s photos without permission.
