The restaurant sits on King Street West in Toronto, inside the restored buildings of the old Toronto Carpet Factory, a structure dating to the late 1800s. Caffino has been part of the neighbourhood for more than two decades and has welcomed many couples over that time.

The main dining room, known as the Opera Room, has ceilings about twenty feet high and tall windows that fill the space with light. It opens directly onto the courtyard, so a celebration can drift easily between indoors and out.

Outside, the courtyard with its old tracks and white tent makes a memorable backdrop for exchanging vows. Weddings here can host up to 125 guests, using both the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The kitchen is rooted in Italian heritage. Long pasta is made in house with flour brought from Italy, and the menu leans on organic meats and poultry along with locally grown herbs and vegetables. Wedding menus are flexible, giving guests several choices, and every dish is prepared on site the day of the celebration.

The Caffino team works alongside each couple, their planner and their vendors to look after the details, so the day runs smoothly from the first toast to the last dance.
