Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse

At Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse, a wedding unfolds among tall evergreens and rolling green fairways, with chandeliers glowing inside and forest all around.

The clubhouse sits on the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course in North Burnaby and is run by the City of Burnaby's hospitality team. Deep green woods and open hills surround the building, giving the day a calm West Coast feel.

Couples can marry outdoors on the front or back patio in the warmer months, beside a lakeside spot set aside for ceremonies, or move the vows indoors when the weather calls for it.

The banquet room has drop down chandeliers and large windows looking out over the landscape. It seats up to 140 guests, with a spacious dance floor for the evening. A newly renovated, enclosed patio looks out over the driving range, and a bridal room is available to the couple on the day.

The all inclusive package covers a grand buffet with salads, pasta, chicken and Pacific cod, a dessert selection and a coffee and tea station, along with linens, cake and signing tables, a podium and wireless microphone, setup and takedown, and an onsite venue specialist. The kitchen is led by Chef Jason Lau, and the bar pours craft and imported beer, prosecco, wine and cocktails.

Free parking is shared with the golf course, and the hospitality team also runs a hotel in Burnaby for guests travelling in.
