At Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre, a wedding can start in landscaped gardens and carry on into a banquet room, with family and friends staying just down the hall.

The hotel sits in the heritage town of Pembroke in the Ottawa Valley, where Highway 41 meets Highway 17, and calls itself the largest hotel and conference centre between Ottawa and North Bay.

Couples can choose among several banquet rooms for the reception, and the scenic gardens make a lovely backdrop for the ceremony and for photos.

An on-site events coordinator helps shape a package around each couple and looks after the details on the day. The hotel can host the whole weekend, from bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to cocktail receptions, after parties and a brunch the morning after.

Meals come from the hotel's own Westwinds Restaurant, led by an Executive Chef, with a bar on site.

Out-of-town guests can stay right at the hotel, with free parking and an indoor salt-water pool, hot tub, saunas and fitness room to enjoy between celebrations.
