About
Batawa Community Centre

Batawa Community Centre gives couples a roomy, welcoming hall in a small village, where a wedding reception can fill the floor with family, friends and dancing.

The centre sits in Batawa, in the City of Quinte West, just minutes from the Batawa Ski Hill and right beside the village's natural playground. The city runs the hall and rents it out for receptions and other celebrations.

The main gathering hall holds up to 400 people, which makes room for a big guest list. Stages can be set up for speeches or a band, and portable bars can be brought into the hall.

A large kitchen supports caterers, and an outdoor patio offers a spot for guests to step outside for fresh air between courses.

For couples who picture a big, joyful reception with everyone they love under one roof, Batawa Community Centre offers a down-to-earth wedding with space to spare.
