Located on Banff Avenue inside Banff National Park, the lodge offers two intimate wedding spaces rather than one enormous ballroom. The Woodlands Room can host ceremonies and receptions for up to approximately 48 guests, while the smaller Tundra Room offers an even more personal setting for ceremonies of up to 20 and seated celebrations of up to 16.
Both spaces bring natural light into the celebration, with the Woodlands Room offering cork flooring and enough flexibility for couples to create their own reception layout. The current wedding offering allows couples to hold both their ceremony and reception at the lodge, meaning the day can unfold without asking guests to travel between separate venues.
Dinner is prepared through the on-site Keg Steakhouse & Bar, giving the reception a full dining component while keeping everything conveniently under one roof.
Then there is the rest of the wedding weekend. Guests can stay right at the lodge, couples can make use of the on-site spa, and Banff itself waits just beyond the doors. Mountain photographs, a walk through town or simply waking up surrounded by the Canadian Rockies can become part of the celebration rather than something squeezed into the timeline.
