Wooden Sticks Golf Club gives an Uxbridge wedding the timeless beauty of manicured greens, a secluded ceremony garden and a clubhouse designed to keep the entire celebration together. Less than an hour from downtown Toronto, the property feels wonderfully removed from the city once guests arrive.

The private garden creates a romantic outdoor ceremony setting, while the Elgin Room can host celebrations of up to 160 guests. A patio and covered pavilion overlook the course, and on-site accommodation lets the couple and guests remain close after the final dance.

There is something lovely about walking toward your vows through a garden with the golf course stretching quietly beyond it. The greenery softens every photograph and the ceremony feels tucked away in its own peaceful corner.

Then cocktails spill onto the patio, the fairways turn golden and everyone gathers inside. By night, Wooden Sticks is warm with dinner, speeches and a dance floor full of celebration.
