Wedding in the Woods lives up to its name in the most literal and romantic way. Hidden across 30 acres in Windsor-Essex, the private venue allows couples to marry beneath the trees or beside a serene one-acre pond before gathering in a reception space built for up to 200 guests.

Couples receive use of the property for their wedding weekend, turning the celebration into more than a few scheduled hours. The venue also offers an open bar featuring craft drinks made on site, while overnight accommodation means some guests can remain right inside the retreat.

There is something undeniably magical about walking into a forest to get married. Trees replace walls, the aisle feels discovered rather than constructed and the quiet before the vows belongs completely to nature.

Then the woods become a party. Glasses are raised, the reception fills with music and the same 30 acres that felt peaceful during the ceremony carry the celebration into the night.
