Twist Gallery

Twist Gallery gives a Queen West wedding the creative romance of an art-filled loft where the walls themselves become part of the décor. The 5,000-square-foot gallery pairs exposed brick, soaring wooden beams, skylights and French arch windows with changing exhibitions, meaning every celebration carries a little of Toronto's artistic energy.

Couples can hold both ceremony and reception in the loft, with seated celebrations of up to 140 guests. The room can be transformed between the two moments, while the artwork changes over time and gives each wedding a backdrop that is never quite repeated.

There is something wonderfully romantic about saying your vows surrounded by art. Flowers soften the brick, daylight pours through the skylights and the whole room feels creative rather than conventional.

Then Queen West slips into evening, the gallery lights glow and the artwork watches over dinner and dancing. For one night, the couple's own story becomes the most important piece in the room.
