Turvey Center feels like the big, bright hall a prairie wedding has always wanted: room to seat everyone, room to dance, and a lounge to slip away to when the music gets loud.

Set on Armour Road just outside Regina in the RM of Sherwood, the centre hosts weddings, graduations, company parties and concerts through the year. Its main Ballroom is the heart of the building, a large open space for mingling, dinner and dancing, and the same room where the centre stages its live music events. For a smaller wedding, the Lounge at the Turvey offers a closer, more intimate setting.

Food comes through Prestige One Catering, the centre's exclusive caterer, with a full banquet menu to choose from, and Nite Staging & Sound is the partner for the technical side of the night. Décor rentals such as chair covers and sheer walls are available, and the centre holds an annual Wedding Feature where couples can see the options in person.

With the Ballroom for a full guest list and the Lounge for a small one, the space can be chosen to fit the couple rather than the other way around.

Picture the Ballroom set for dinner, the speeches done, and the floor filling as the band or DJ takes over, with the Lounge glowing nearby for a quieter drink. For couples who want a Regina area wedding with plenty of space and the practical pieces already in place, Turvey Center is built for the celebration.
