Willows Golf & Country Club

The Willows Golf & Country Club feels like a wedding wrapped in green, with fairways, lakes and rolling mounding stretching beyond every window while the celebration gathers inside.

Set on Cartwright Street in Saskatoon, the club hosts weddings for anywhere from twenty to 150 guests in bright, light filled banquet rooms that look out over the course. Couples can choose among the Dreher Room, which seats 150 for dinner and welcomes 250 for a reception, the Twilight Room, seating 100, the intimate Wedgewood Room for a smaller party, and the Red Barn, which seats 150 and hosts up to 200 for a reception.

A service coordinator, Megan, works with each couple on the planning details, and the club has audiovisual equipment and an extensive supply of rental equipment on hand, so much of the day can be arranged in one place.

Because the club is also a 27 hole championship course, the grounds themselves become part of the wedding. Photographs can be taken with the greens and water as the backdrop, and the clubhouse, with its dining rooms and outdoor spaces, gives guests somewhere to linger between the ceremony and the first course.
