The property sits at 29055 Road 81N in East Selkirk, on 70 acres of treed land about 20 minutes north of Winnipeg. It is a three-season venue.

Ceremonies can be held outside, and the greenhouse takes them in when it rains, which also makes it useful for portraits. Up to 200 guests can be seated.

Two climate-controlled prep suites, free parking and a rehearsal come with the booking.
