The Rope Factory Event Hall

The Rope Factory gives a Brantford wedding the character of a heritage industrial building without asking the celebration to fit a traditional ballroom mould. Its 5,000-square-foot rustic-industrial event hall can seat up to 150 guests for dinner or welcome up to 250 for a cocktail-style celebration.

Couples can build the wedding around flexible packages, catering and bar choices, with sound equipment available in the venue and a private bridal suite offered as part of the Signature package or as an add-on. Micro-weddings from 10 to 40 guests are also supported.

The space has a wonderful kind of romance because it does not begin overly decorated. Brick, industrial character and history create the canvas, then the couple decides what the wedding becomes.

By evening, the old factory setting has softened into candlelight, dinner and music. A building once associated with making things becomes the place where something entirely different begins, leaving the kind of warm, romantic memory that feels almost storybook long after the last dance.
