The Ranch House

The venue rests within 300 acres of polo grounds near Okotoks, far enough from the rush to feel private yet close enough for guests travelling from Calgary. Ceremonies can draw on the open-air beauty of the foothills, with wide views and year-round opportunities for photographs. Then the celebration moves into a timeless heritage building filled with warm character.

Inside, a wood fireplace and vintage bar give the room an intimate glow, while two dance floors leave space for the evening to come alive. The venue seats up to 250 guests and includes a 40 by 40 attached tent that can be used year-round. Chairs, tables and tableware are available, along with an in-house PA system, screen, projector, podium and microphone. Modern washrooms, ample parking and wheelchair access help the setting work comfortably for the generations gathered together.

The Ranch House hosts ceremonies, receptions and vow renewals, with staff supporting the planning details. Seasonal outdoor flowers, indoor and outdoor spaces and the surrounding prairie give couples room to shape a celebration that feels polished without losing its country soul.
